5 Meetings with Vacation Cruise Designer

5 one hour sessions In the first session, we will discuss where you would like to explore on a cruise along with any questions you may have about cruising. We will share what to expect from a cruise vacation . In the second session, we will review the quote and discuss any changes or questions you may have. The quote will include flights, hotel and other options you requested. We will also discuss what travel documents are required for this cruise and what is highly recommended such as Travel Insurance. In the third session, we will review any outstanding payments and the cruise personalizer and explain why it is so important. We may also discuss excursions both from the cruise line. In the fourth session, we will review documents required for the cruise or where you will be exploring in the world along with any questions that may have come up. The fifth session, we will discuss the boarding and debarkation process and share helpful hints. We will tell you how to get a hold of us at anytime during your vacation as we will continue to be your travel agent until you return home. Before sending on your vacation we will also review any last minute questions you may have. Along with the five sessions, there will also be emails exchanged throughout this planning phase, such as the quote, links to the cruise line login page or other travel resource pages. Depending on how many questions arise through emails, the Vacation Cruise Designer may ask that they be held until a session meeting.
